Angela Chapman, a 25-year educator and current superintendent of Columbus City Schools, considers a top-value education a “civil right.” She started as the Ohio district’s chief of transformation and leadership and has driven the successful implementation of her district’s strategic plan ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
